-Ability to track call outs capturing Client call out details
- Ability to generate call out reports linked to the call out details
- Ability to generate quotations/ Proforma Invoices using various Client contract rates which are pre-fed in the system
- Ability to capture approval details of quotation including approval emails
- Ability to track approved, unapproved, closed Quotations / Proforma Invoices
- Ability to cross check, adjust and record Repair Job card against quotation /PI i.e work done verification
- Ability to generate Work Done verification report capturing any amendments
- Only verified Quotes/ PIs and amount will proceed for invoicing
- Ability to generate after repair (Corrective Action) reports
- Ability to attach each Repaired Equipment to its corresponding Diagnosis and Repair Job Cards

Preventive Maintenance

- Ability to store and manage all Client Equipment capturing the Branch, Location, Make/Brand, Model, Capacity and Gas/ Unique feature
- Ability to attach list of repair kits associated to a particular equipment (Important for Generator Contractors)
- Ability to create and manage different Service Level Agreements / Preventive Maintenance Contracts for various Clients
- Ability to allocate a group of Equipment to a particular Maintenance schedule
- Ability to keep and remind users the due dates for Maintenance of a particular / a group of Equipment
- Ability to fill Preventive Maintenance Job card details against a particular / a group of Equipment
- Ability to generate Maintenance report for a particular / a group of Equipment
- Ability to keep reports for all Maintenance Schedules

Accounting

- Fully fledged accounting system as per International Accounting Standards (IAS)
- Ability to generate Statements on Invoice (Allows money re-allocation to particular Invoice) and on Account
- Ability to receive and document Payments done by Clients to KRA Withholding VAT and Tax
- Ability to generate Tax input and Output per month in a .csv file aligned to KRA VAT3_Return_XLSM
- Ability to keep and manage Debtors and Client Statement amongst other requirements
- Ability to reconcile Bank, Cash and Mpesa Accounts
- Ability to Manage daily Mpesa and Cash Petty cash
- Ability to to manage Loans such as Director Loans, External or Internal Loans
- Allowance for Manual Journal entries
